Refunds and returns are not available for any open product. 

If you receive the incorrect product or your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact to request return authorization, which will require a photo of the product received and indication of the issue.

To obtain return authorization, please provide your order number and indication of the issue with your product and a member of our team will reply back within 24 business hours with next steps.
